Files are facilitated based on type and location of loss as well as any specific recovery issues involved. Once an assignment has been reviewed for accuracy, we assess the potential for recovery and identify any "special issues" that may be involved. Time tested file specific "skill sets" are then integrated to be followed during the subrogation process. The claim is then assigned to one of our Insurance specific Associates based on their experience with the type of file assigned and their localized knowledge of any State (including DMV/DOT sanctions), local or Federal Statutes and guidelines involved as well as any case law or jurisdictional nuances that may influence a timely and successful outcome for our client. Our unique "localized" specific associate methodology results in an increase of 10%-20% and often higher over other "national" recovery organizations using pooled phone call centers and auto generated letters in their recovery efforts. Clients also have the ability to utilize a 24/7 secure electronic access to view progress on their files, run their own inventory reports and input messages for the NICA Associate.
